I believe all foods can fit into a healthy diet.
With so much conflicting information out there these days on what we should and shouldn’t be eating, how much of this, or none of that, no carbs, high carbs, low carbs, no fat… besides being total madness, so much of it is just a load of poop.
Food should never be feared, hated, shameful or stressful. It should be enjoyed and used for energy, joy and positivity. And while I do believe that all foods can fit into a healthy diet, I also believe that there is no one-size-fits-all diet for everyone. I don’t preach one particular diet, but rather, intuitive eating and including as many plants a possible (even if you want to include meat!). Every BODY is different, with different body chemistries and metabolisms. With that being said, I am not one for fad diets, quick fixes, or elimination diets… if those things interest you, I’m not your girl 🙂
